Job Description:

  • The key purpose of this role is to leverage capital and people resources in order to enhance sustainable growth in sales volume, market share and competitive advantage.

Key Outputs and Responsibilities

  • Order Control and Capturing
  • Sales Calls
  • Product Promotion/Targeted Sales
  • Mix/Portfolio Management
  • Stock Management and allocation
  • Payment sourcing and negotiation
  • Proof of payment/posting tracking
  • Empties Tracking
  • Formalized NPS and Surveys
  • Customer Complaint Resolution

KPIs

  • Volume KPIs (Beer, Focus brands, Malt, Energy)
  • CIC Productivity KPIs (Plan Adherence, Contractability, Effectiveness, Coverage, Zero Purchase customers, Frequency of purchase).

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in Administrative or other Related Course
  • 2-3 Years’ experience in Customer experience, Call handling, Sales or similar role
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications i.e. (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in the use of Salesforce/S4Hana
  • Related Certification is an added advantage.
