Job Description:
- The C&I Sales Manager will beresponsible for driving revenue growth within the commercial and industrial segment by promoting the company’s energy solutions.
- This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and delivering customized energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers.
- The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience and a solid understanding of energy products such as solar, storage, or power solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand Itel Energy’s presence in the C&I market
- Identify and acquire new commercial and industrial clients (e.g., factories, warehouses, office complexes, telecom infrastructure)
- Promote Itel Energy’s products and solutions, including solar energy systems, batteries, and power solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct site visits and needs assessments to propose suitable energy solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client requirements
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the energy sector
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in energy, solar, or industrial solutions
- Strong understanding of the C&I energy market and customer needs
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical energy solutions and translate them into customer value
- Strong relationship management and networking skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
