Job Description:

• Ensure the achievement of the group’s business growth targets in alignment with the company's strategic goals
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business development, sales growth, and profitability.
• Spearhead the mass adoption ofwebapp, coordinating strategies to achieve the company’s goal of active users.
• Develop and execute investment strategies to maximize returns for DreamCityinvestors.
• Manage fundraising activities and investor relations to syndicate capital for real estate investment projects.
• Lead due diligence processes for potential investment opportunities and acquisitions.
• Oversee administrative, sales, marketing, and project management functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Implement risk management strategies to safeguard investor interests and organizational assets.
• Optimize operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve efficiency across the group.
• Provide regular reports to the relevant stakeholders on operational performance and progress toward strategic goals.

Requirements:

• A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in operations, sales and business development, or investment management, preferably within the real estate, investment, finance & banking, and hospitality sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully driving digital adoption and managing large-scale user growth initiatives.
• Demonstrated expertise in fundraising, investor relations, and investment strategy execution.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards in real estate development and financial investments.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
