Job Description:

Innovation & Product Strategy

• Lead the creation of advanced modules, including AI-powered smart matching, digital body measurement, escrow-backed transactions, and smart logistics.

• Champion the adoption of emerging technologies and the development of scalable product architecture.

• Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless alignment across all innovation initiatives.

Fundraising & Capital Strategy

• Develop and deliver investor-ready pitch decks, business models, and supporting materials.

• Utilize professional networks to secure introductions, engage investors, and drive capital commitments.

• Identify and pursue suitable pre-seed, seed, and Series A funding opportunities worldwide.

Growth & Expansion

• Direct early-stage monetization efforts, market validation, and customer acquisition strategies.

• Position Afriquanna for sustainable growth and long-term leadership in the industry.

• Support the executive team in building strategic partnerships, alliances, and global brand presence.

Requirements:

• Over 15 years of experience in innovation, product development, or fundraising.

• Previous experience in a venture-backed startup, scale-up, or innovation-driven organization.

• Solid knowledge of AI, fashion-tech, logistics, fintech, or marketplace business models.

• Outstanding strategic thinking, communication, and execution capabilities.

• Comfortable working in a lean, early-stage environment with a strong focus on long-term growth potential.
