Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our global human resources department and shape the future of our workforce. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for aligning our people strategy with our overarching mission and business objectives. This role requires a strategic architect who can build robust talent pipelines, foster a culture of genuine inclusion, and ensure operational excellence across all HR functions globally.

Talent Acquisition Strategy: Craft and execute forward-thinking acquisition strategies to build strong, sustainable pipelines for future hiring needs.

Operational & Policy Oversight
Global Policy Development: Standardize and deploy HR policies across all branches, countries, and regions, ensuring local relevance and global consistency.
Systems & Tools Optimization: Analyze and improve the effectiveness of HR procedures and digital tools (HRIS/ATS) to streamline the employee lifecycle.
Departmental Supervision: Provide high-level leadership and mentorship to HR Directors, ensuring departmental goals align with broader business KPIs.
Growth & Development
Career Architecture: Formulate comprehensive career development plans to enhance employee retention and internal mobility.
L&D Evaluation: Periodically evaluate training and development programs to ensure they deliver measurable value and support organizational growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
Proven track record in Strategic Planning at an executive or senior leadership level.
In-depth knowledge of all HR functions, including compensation, benefits, labor relations, and organizational development.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
A deep understanding of international and local labor legislation.
