Requirements:

Financial Strategy & Reporting

• Ownership: Take full charge of preparing, reviewing, and analyzing comprehensive financial statements and reports.

• Planning: Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring they align with the company's long-term strategic goals.

• Advisory: Act as a strategic business partner to senior management, providing insightful financial advice to support high-level decision-making.

Compliance & Audit Excellence

• Standardization: Ensure the organization strictly adheres to national and international accounting standards and statutory regulations.

• Audit Liaison: Oversee the entire audit process, serving as the primary point of contact for external auditors and ensuring a seamless audit lifecycle.

• Risk Management: Implement and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets and minimize fiscal risk.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certification: You must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAN or ACCA). This is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.

• Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a significant portion in a senior or managerial capacity.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong, demonstrable analytical skills and an expert-level understanding of financial management.

  • Proven ability to manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for a thriving organization.

  • High level of proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.

• Leadership Traits:
