Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and analytically elite Engineering Graduates to anchor the developmental engine of our Graduate Trainee Program. In the specialized industrial landscape of Port Harcourt, success is defined by "Technical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize academic excellence with the clinical precision required for Site Inspections, Technical Assessments, and Data-Driven Reporting. This role is designed for an "Engineering Architect" at the entry-level who can blend "Operational Grit" (supporting maintenance and field activities) with the "Strategic Agility" required to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

1. Project Orchestration & Operational Governance

• Project Sovereignty: Support engineering operations and maintenance activities with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Support."

• Inspection Architecture: Participate in site inspections and technical assessments, providing the "Structural Foundation" for equipment reliability and project success.

• Compliance Stewardship: Ensure all activities adhere to rigorous safety and quality standards, ensuring the "Source of Operational Integrity" is elite.

2. Tactical Resilience & Analytical Logic

• Data Sovereignty: Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of technical data, acting as the primary "Source of Actionable Intelligence."

• Reporting Architecture: Prepare high-fidelity technical reports and documentation, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for executive decision-making.

• Assessment Stewardship: Identify and escalate technical bottlenecks during site visits, maintaining the "Source of Continuous Improvement."

3. Team Integrity & Professional Power

• Collaboration Sovereignty: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives, acting as the primary "Source of Team Alignment."

• Software Architecture: Utilize Microsoft Office tools to streamline administrative and technical tasks, providing the "Visual Foundation" for project tracking.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: A good Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).

• NYSC Status: Current NYSC Corp Member or a maximum of 1 year post-NYSC experience.

• Location Scope: Must be based in Port Harcourt.

• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong analytical skills.
