We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier Manager / Junior Accountant to oversee daily sales transactions, inventory control, and stock management at our workstation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sales transactions and ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation
• Monitor POS activities and maintain proper financial records
• Oversee inventory, stock movement, and restocking processes
• Pack items ordered online for the delivery agency to pick up and deliver
• Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports
• Identify discrepancies and implement internal control measures
• Support basic bookkeeping and accounting functions
• Ensure compliance with company financial and operational policies

Requirements:

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in cashiering, accounting support, or retail finance operations
• Strong knowledge of inventory and stock management processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills
