Job Description:

Rayfield Medical Services Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team in Jos. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and upholding our commitment to high-quality patient services.

Requirements:

• Financial Transactions: Efficiently process and record all payments from patients and clients.

• Reconciliation: Perform daily cash reconciliation and ensure registers are balanced accurately.

• Documentation: Maintain precise transaction records and generate financial reports as required.

• Billing Support: Issue professional receipts and invoices to clients promptly.

• Compliance: Strictly adhere to hospital financial policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in cashiering or billing. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.

• Technical Proficiency: Essential proficiency in computer applications, specifically MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Core Competencies: High level of numerical accuracy, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

• Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
