Job Description:

In this role, you will play a critical part in our daily operations, ensuring that all financial transactions are processed accurately, records are meticulously maintained, and company funds are handled with the highest level of accountability. If you have experience in retail finance, cashiering, or basic accounting and are looking for a stable role within a professional environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Transaction Management: Receive and process daily cash transactions from Customer Service Attendants with high accuracy.

• Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform daily cash reconciliation and balancing; assist in the preparation of daily sales and financial reports.

• Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain systematic and organized documentation of all financial records and transactions.

• Banking & Custody: Ensure the secure custody of cash and company valuables, and manage timely banking processes with proper documentation.

• Compliance: Adhere strictly to company financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Administrative Support: Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks to support smooth station operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–8 years of relevant experience in cashiering, accounting, or retail finance operations.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong numerical, reconciliation, and record-keeping skills.

  • Good working knowledge of basic accounting principles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard computer applications.

• Personal Attributes: High level of integrity, strong accountability, and exceptional attention to detail.

• Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with team members.

• Location: Candidates must reside in Enugu.
