Job Description:

Optimus Bank is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cash Management Officer to oversee cash handling operations, vault access control, and regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for an experienced banking professional with strong operational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee effective administration of cash management and enforce strict vault access control measures.

• Conduct regular reviews of operational reports and internal ledgers.

• Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative work culture to enhance internal service delivery.

• Ensure prompt submission of all required regulatory and internal reports.

• Approve branch-wide transactions in line with operational guidelines.

• Maintain customer service benchmarks and manage customer complaints effectively.

• Coordinate the Bank-wide Cash Management Unit for efficient operations.

• Prepare proofs, reconcile transactions, and ensure financial accuracy.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory standards.

• Promote the bank’s products and services to increase customer engagement.

• Drive digital adoption in alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor of either Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ banking experience in Branch Operations.
