Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Capital Projects Delivery Lead to orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of complex surface facility capital projects. This is a critical leadership role within the oil and gas sector, requiring a professional who can navigate the full project lifecycle from initial concept and FEED through to commissioning and handover. You will oversee critical infrastructure including pipelines, gas conditioning plants, and water treatment systems. If you are a seasoned engineer with a track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets, optimizing CAPEX, and driving HSE excellence in a high-stakes environment, we invite you to lead our project delivery team.

Requirements:

• Full Lifecycle Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of surface facility projects, ensuring complete alignment with corporate strategy and regulatory standards.

• Project Governance: Proactively manage project scope, cost, schedule, and quality. Oversee risk mitigation strategies and resolve complex technical or commercial issues as they arise.

• Financial Stewardship: Develop and control CAPEX budgets, implementing rigorous cost-control measures to optimize investment and maximize project value.

• Contractor & Supply Chain Management: Direct the prequalification, bid evaluation, and award processes, ensuring strict adherence to local content regulations and risk mitigation policies.

• Operational Readiness: Direct construction and commissioning phases, ensuring a seamless handover to operations complete with required documentation and staff training.

• Stakeholder & Regulatory Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison with regulators, JV partners, and host communities. Secure necessary permits and foster positive, sustainable relations.

• HSE Leadership: Promote a "Goal Zero" culture, ensuring absolute compliance with environmental regulations and corporate safety standards.

• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams (engineering, operations, finance, commercial), fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized institution.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in oil and gas operations.

  • Minimum of 5 years in a project leadership role overseeing capital projects.

• Technical Expertise: Proven mastery of surface facility lifecycles, specifically:

  • Pipelines and processing plants.

  • Gas conditioning and produced water treatment systems.

  • Waste management systems.
