Job Description:

We are seeking a high-impact, goal-oriented Business Unit Head to drive aggressive growth and organizational expansion. In this strategic leadership role, you will own the end-to-end performance of your business unit, transforming market opportunities into scalable revenue streams. We provide the autonomy and the "green light" to innovate, experiment, and iterate—we are looking for a leader who thrives on accountability, rapid execution, and building high-performance cultures.

Requirements:

  • Revenue & Growth Ownership: Assume full accountability for revenue targets, P&L management, and unit profitability.

  • Strategic Market Expansion: Identify and capture new market segments; design and launch innovative service offerings.

  • Sales & Partnership Leadership: Direct all sales operations and high-level account management. Build and optimize acquisition systems that scale effectively.

  • Team Development: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team. Foster a culture of extreme ownership and performance-driven results.

  • Product Innovation: Champion new business models and go-to-market strategies. Lead experimentation to refine our value proposition.

  • Stakeholder Reporting: Provide senior leadership with data-driven insights, clear performance metrics, and accurate financial forecasts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Commercial Expertise: A proven track record in driving significant revenue growth, closing complex deals, and managing strategic partnerships.

  • Strategic Leadership: Strong ability to spot emerging opportunities, develop actionable strategies, and execute with speed.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Leadership Style: Demonstrated ability to manage teams through mentorship, accountability, and a results-first mindset.

Salary

N200,000 - N400,000 monthly.
