Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding, project execution & reporting
- Drive revenue growth, upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Manage team & strategic partnerships across Africa
- Implement cost-saving & process optimisation strategies
- Design client & employee engagement programmes
- Track KPIs & deliver weekly/monthly reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA/MSc a plus)
- 5+ years in HR Operations and Client Success
- Strong relationship management, communication & leadership.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
