This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" with 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Operational Grit" (mentoring sales teams and managing shop assistants) with the "Strategic Agility" required to oversee Instagram/WhatsApp promotions and forecast seasonal fabric trends.

Requirements:

1. Omnichannel Orchestration & Team Governance
