Series Restaurant, a Food Service Business in Abuja, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and results-driven Business Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food service and delivery business.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, staff management, financial oversight, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily kitchen, packaging, logistics, and delivery operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Staff Supervision & Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff; create work schedules; uphold performance standards.
• Customer Experience & Service Quality: Ensure excellent customer service, manage customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high service standards.
• Financial & Inventory Management: Monitor budgets, manage expenses, track sales, supervise procurement, maintain stock levels, and reduce waste.
• Business Growth & Strategy: Lead marketing efforts, develop partnerships, introduce improvements and innovations, and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and company policies.
• Reporting: Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in food service management, restaurant operations, logistics, or a similar role.
• Strong background in staff management and operational leadership.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive business growth.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and delivery logistics.
