Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring seamless coordination across production, sales, and administrative functions.
• This role involves driving business growth, managing performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards within the herbal drug manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth target
• Oversee daily operations including sales, procurement, inventory, and distribution.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability.
• Lead and manage departmental heads to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards.
• Establish performance targets (KPIs) and monitor team performance.
• Strengthen customer relationships and key accounts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 2 – 3 years experience in business operations or management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
