Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing and strategic Business Manager (BM) to spearhead our revenue growth and market expansion. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our sales engine, responsible for everything from high-level lead generation to the finalization of property documentation. You will manage a complex sales pipeline, coordinate high-stakes site inspections, and convert premium leads into closed deals, ensuring a seamless journey from initial inquiry to property allocation.
The ideal candidate is a veteran sales leader with a decade of experience, possessing the gravitas to negotiate with high-net-worth investors and the discipline to meet aggressive monthly revenue targets.
Requirements:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Lead Conversion: Generate and convert high-quality leads using a multimodal approach, including digital marketing, strategic referrals, and targeted field activities.
Deal Closure: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from the initial inquiry through to negotiation and final deal closure.
Site Coordination: Personally conduct and coordinate professional site inspections for prospective clients and investors.
Transaction Management: Negotiate property transactions and ensure the meticulous completion of all client documentation and payment processes.
Relationship & Team Management
Investor Relations: Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with individual clients and institutional investors.
Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal operations teams to ensure smooth property allocation and flawless transaction execution.
Leadership: Provide strategic support and guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
Reporting & Compliance
Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate, real-time sales records and provide regular performance reports to executive leadership.
KPI Management: Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets, lead conversion rates, and client satisfaction benchmarks.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer engagement.
At least 5 years of specific experience in the Real Estate sector is a significant advantage.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
