We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • Management of financial data, data analysis and automation of financial reports, edit business data and dimensions, update and maintain systems, and troubleshooting system issues.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts system reconciliation to check data across systems and ensure data integrity
  • Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
  • Developed/Maintained business reports across the group, adhering to the required specifications and metrics
  • Support the preparation of monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
  • Develop a dashboard to track the performance of functions against SLAs
  • Develop analytical tools to support the management reporting team
  • Maintain the Financial Dimension(Cost-centers) on D365 (ERP)for all FMN subsidiaries to aid profitability analysis by Item, Brand, and Business Units
  • Coordinate the Master Data process (Customers, Items, General Ledger) creation and update, ensuring all data is captured correctly. 
  • Maintenance of the BI tool, the reporting formats, the GL and Sub Ledger creation, Item mapping for Sales report, GL mapping for the Income Statement.
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
  • Monitor approved budget allocations, revenue and expenditures and highlight variances
  • Develop models that help with decision-making
  • Provide analytic insight using trends on operational performance and accounting indices

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in administrative, analytical, or executive support roles.
