Job Description:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in engineering, construction, and industrial sectors
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients
• Negotiate and close deals that align with company goals and profitability targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights to senior management
• Represent Detopsy Engineering at conferences, trade shows, and networking events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, preferably in engineering or technical services
• Proven track record of securing high-value contracts and partnerships
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Familiarity with CRM tools and business analytics platforms
