Job Description:

  • We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships within the renewable energy and technical products sector.
  • This role combines strategic business development with hands-on sales execution and is ideal for professionals who can identify opportunities, convert leads into long-term clients, and consistently close profitable deals.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's portfolio of renewable energy solutions and technical products while contributing directly to business growth and market expansion.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion & Revenue Growth: Take charge of expanding our footprint in solar and energy storage solutions. Identify new opportunities, unlock untapped markets, and convert prospects into long-term partners.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, high-value relationships with EPC companies, distributors, and corporate clients. Become a trusted partner in delivering cutting-edge energy solutions.
  • Sales Strategy & Deal Closure: Develop winning proposals, lead negotiations with confidence, and consistently close profitable deals.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Edge: Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor strategies. Turn insights into smart, revenue-generating decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: HND or B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in business development or sales.
  • Experience in solar or renewable energy is a strong advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Attractive commission structure on the sale of renewable energy and technical products.
  • Combined earnings from base salary and commissions can increase total monthly remuneration to ₦300,000 or more, depending on sales performance and target achievement.
