Job Description:
- Identify and secure new clients seeking to enhance their teams' capabilities throughtailored learning and development solutions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the learning and development space
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized training programs that meet client needs
- Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for TeamAce and its client
- Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in any field with 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably within learning and development services
- Proven track record of successfully bringing in sales and acquiring clients within the consulting sector
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives without constant supervision
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Salary
