Job Description:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Actively seek out and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling,
- market research, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of
- sales targets.
- Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies for different customer segments (e.g., high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, diaspora investors).
Client & Partner Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored real estate solutions.
- Onboard, manage, and nurture relationships with realtor partners, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to sell Springpet Homes' properties.
- Serve as a key point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the initial stages of the buyer journey.
Sales Execution & Conversion:
- Conduct property presentations and site inspections for potential buyers and partners.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring a smooth handover to the operations team for fulfillment.
Market Intelligence:
- Provide feedback from the field on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to the Head of Commercial and marketing team.
- Identify opportunities for new product development or service enhancements based on market demand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- A portfolio of previous sales achievements and, if applicable, key projects or clients managed.
- A strong existing network of contacts in the real estate or related industries is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Salary
