Job Description:
- Pivotage Consulting on behalf of its client is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with specialist skills across various legal practice areas.
- The Business Development (BD) Manager will play a strategic and tactical role in enhancing the Firm’s growth, visibility, and brand recognition.
- The role involves driving business growth through cultivating client relationships, developing new partnerships, and maximizing existing relationships.
- The BD Manager will enhance the Firm’s market position and reputation, identify revenue-generating opportunities, and mentor a team of business development personnel. Responsibilities include defining operational processes, managing marketing initiatives, and achieving revenue targets for the Firm.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or related field
- Degree in Law will be an added advantage
- A minimum of seven (7) years business development and marketing experience in a professional services environment, preferably a law firm
- Proven track record of achieving business development targets
- Previous experience in a managerial role
- Experience with CRM system.
