Job Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Lagos, Nigeria.
- The Business Development Manager will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, fostering client relationships, and developing strategic plans.
- Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, creating partnerships, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at industry events.
- The role demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to achieving business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven skills in Business Development, Market Research, and Strategic Planning
- Strong expertise in Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Account Management
- Excellent Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication skills
- Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management is highly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet business targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role within the shipping or logistics industry is an advantage
Salary
