Job Description:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and building relationships with key stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, reports, and other business development metrics
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMGC or retail sector
- Proven track record of success in business development and revenue growth
- Strong network and relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary
