We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
Lead Generation & Sales Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (individual buyers, corporate clients, investors).
- Develop strategies to increase land/property sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing (including Instagram, ads, referrals).
Market Research & Expansion:
- Conduct market analysis to identify high-demand areas.
- Monitor competitors’ pricing and offers.
Partnership & Relationship Management
Build relationships with:
- Real estate agents
- Corporate organizations
- Investment groups
- Landowners
- Negotiate joint ventures and bulk purchase deals.
- Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
Marketing Collaboration:
Work with marketing team to:
- Design promotions.
Client Engagement & Presentations
- Attend high-level client meetings.
- Conduct investment presentations.
- Close large-ticket property deals.
