Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Business Development Executive to join our team in Wuse 2, Abuja. This role is designed for a strategic thinker and a relentless closer. You will be the engine of our growth, responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building deep professional networks, and turning complex client challenges into successful, high-value partnerships. If you are a results-oriented professional who thrives on negotiation and has the resilience to thrive in a competitive B2B landscape, we want you to lead our expansion efforts.
Requirements:
Market Expansion: Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging trends, analyze competitor gaps, and map out high-potential target segments within the FCT and beyond.
Pipeline Mastery: Manage an end-to-end sales funnel, from lead generation and initial outreach to pipeline maintenance using CRM tools.
Strategic Pitching: Translate complex technical product/service features into compelling client benefits. Draft persuasive, high-value proposals and negotiate contract terms that drive revenue.
Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and leverage a robust professional network. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by providing solutions that simplify their business challenges.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed aggressive sales quotas and lead-generation targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in sales, marketing, or business development, specifically within a B2B environment.
Track Record: Documented success in generating qualified leads and closing high-value deals.
