Job Description:
- We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team in the Human Resources and Recruitment industry.
- The role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving growth through innovative HR and recruitment solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a keen understanding of HR/recruitment services, and the ability to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HR and recruitment industry.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business
- Develop and present tailored proposals, bids, and solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal HR and recruitment teams to deliver customized services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings.
- Manage the end-to-end business development process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the organization’s growth strategy.
- Maintain accurate reports of business activities, pipelines, and client feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably within the HR, recruitment, or professional services industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR and recruitment services, including outsourcing, staffing, and talent management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build lasting client partnerships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Professional certifications in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) or Business Development are an added advantage.
- Established network within the HR and recruitment ecosystem.
- Experience working with corporate clients across different industries.
