Job Description:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, and Operations) to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to support business expansion and market penetration.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably within Logistics).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Salary
