Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Field Business Development Executive to drive our fintech expansion within the Nigerian import/export sector. This is not a retail role; you will be engaging high-value B2B clients, including importers, exporters, and logistics partners, to provide tailored cross-border payment and foreign exchange solutions. If you have a professional background in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the Nigerian trade landscape, and the ability to build and nurture high-level corporate partnerships, this role offers an exceptional platform to grow your career and maximize your earnings.

Requirements:

  • B2B Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard corporate clients with cross-border payment needs, specifically targeting industries such as FMCG, electronics, auto parts, building materials, and machinery.

  • Solution Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our innovative local payment and FX solutions to decision-makers within the import/export community.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Proactively build and manage relationships with key industry stakeholders, including freight forwarders, customs agents, and business associations.

  • Relationship Management: Provide end-to-end support, from onboarding and platform training to ensuring long-term client retention and continuous business growth.

  • Market Intelligence: Serve as our "eyes on the ground," gathering market insights and providing actionable feedback on trade trends and competitor activity to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience. Previous experience in Banking, Fintech, Cross-Border Services, or Logistics is highly preferred.
