Job Description:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Develop and sustain client relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners.
- Prepare proposals and presentations to pitch company offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and business deals with investors and clients.
- Collaborate across departments (marketing, product, finance, legal) to align strategies.
- Manage sales pipelines and track revenue growth metrics.
- Recruit, train, and mentor junior staff in business development teams
