Job Description:
- Our client is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and build strong, lasting relationships with existing clients.
- The ideal candidate will be motivated, persuasive, and capable of delivering measurable business growth while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as a Business Development, Sales Executive, or similar role (experience in HR, outsourcing, or B2B services is a plus).
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and tact.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a commission-based structure.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly plus 20% Commission.Application Closing Date: 22nd December, 2025
