Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue across our diverse portfolio of real estate, shortlet apartments, and agricultural investments (including Zibian Farms and farm funding deals). This role is designed for a financially motivated "closer" who thrives on targets and performance-based rewards. You will be responsible for identifying high-net-worth investors, conducting high-level consultations, and securing high-value contracts. If you are a self-starter who understands that income is directly tied to performance, this is the role for you.
Requirements:
Revenue Generation: Identify, engage, and convert high-quality leads into paying clients for real estate and agro-investment packages.
Deal Closing: Execute and close high-value sales across multiple sectors, ensuring a consistent influx of new capital.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with investors to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Consultation & Site Visits: Lead professional presentations, conduct site visits, and provide expert consultations to prospective clients.
Strategic Growth: Develop and manage strategic partnerships that expand our market reach and pipeline.
Pipeline Management: Consistently follow up with prospects and maintain an organized, robust sales pipeline.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed aggressive monthly revenue targets to maximize personal and company growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in high-stakes sales or business development.
Proven Track Record: A documented history of closing complex deals and generating significant revenue.
Sales Acumen: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the confidence to engage high-net-worth individuals.
Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of Lagos market dynamics is considered a strong advantage.
Mindset: Ability to work independently, take full ownership of results, and perform under the pressure of strict deadlines and targets.
