Job Description:
We are seeking high-velocity and structurally elite Business Development Executives to anchor the merchant engine of our fast-growing eCommerce platform. In a specialized digital landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the onboarding and the precision of the vendor conversion success is defined by "Ecosystem Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize lead generation with the clinical precision required for Subscription Conversion, Product Optimization, and Long-Term Retention. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect"—specifically a Lagos or Abuja resident who can blend "Negotiation Grit" (pitching and closing paid business plans) with the "Strategic Agility" required to work independently in a fully remote, commission-driven environment.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Acquisition Governance
Lead Sovereignty: Identify and approach high-potential businesses to sell on the platform, acting as the primary "Source of Market Penetration."
Conversion Architecture: Educate vendors on value propositions and convert them to paid subscription plans, providing the "Structural Foundation" for platform revenue.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure all onboarded vendors remain compliant and productive, ensuring the "Source of Platform Quality" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Vendor Logic
Optimization Sovereignty: Support vendors with product uploads, pricing strategies, and store optimization, acting as the primary "Source of Merchant Success."
Relationship Architecture: Serve as the primary point of contact for enquiries and day-to-day support, providing the "Functional Foundation" for vendor loyalty and plan renewals.
Revenue Stewardship: Continuously identify opportunities to grow vendor revenue, maintaining the "Source of Collective Growth."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Remote Sovereignty: Manage multiple vendors simultaneously in a fully remote environment, acting as the primary "Source of Independent Execution."
Subscription Architecture: Achieve and surpass monthly vendor subscription targets, providing the "Relational Foundation" for unlimited earning potential.
Velocity Logic: Utilize eCommerce or Tech sales experience to accelerate the vendor conversion cycle, maximizing the "Source of Commission Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Vendor Management (eCommerce/Tech preferred).
Location: Must be a resident of Lagos or Abuja.
Technical Power: Basic understanding of Online Marketplaces and digital product operations.
Attributes: Self-starter, confident in pitching, and highly motivated by performance-based rewards.
