Job Description:

We seek a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth, build client relationships, and expand our market presence in the facilities management sector.

The ideal candidate will combine sales expertise with industry insight to secure new business and maintain lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights.
• Achieve set sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery aligns with client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop proposals, pitch presentations, and tailored service solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
• 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales or business development (FM industry preferred).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
