Job Description:
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships,driving revenue growth, and a passion for expanding our market presence in the oil and gas industry.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinker with deep understanding of the oil and gas industry and a proven track record of sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to develop tailored service solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand market reach.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's services.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales in the oil and gas sector.
- Prior experience in oilfield services, drilling, equipment, or related industries is preferred.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of oilfield services, equipment, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
