Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Executive to lead our market expansion efforts. This is more than a sales role; you will be responsible for building long-term partnerships within the interior design, construction, and real estate sectors. If you are a deal-maker with a keen eye for high-value opportunities and a passion for growing revenue through strategic networking, we want to meet you.

Requirements:

  • Strategic Market Expansion: Identify and capture high-value opportunities in luxury real estate, hospitality, and corporate office segments. Develop actionable plans to meet ambitious revenue targets.

  • Partnership Management: Build and nurture relationships with architects, contractors, and interior designers. Establish referral networks and commission structures to drive continuous business.

  • Sales & Pipeline Management: Proactively source leads, qualify opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

  • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead complex negotiations for bulk supply and project-based agreements. Prepare high-impact proposals and ensure all contracts meet commercial and legal standards.

  • Performance Reporting: Track sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for management.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and logistics teams to ensure brand alignment and smooth project delivery for large-scale clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years in B2B sales or key account management, preferably in interior solutions, luxury goods, or real estate.

  • Market Expertise: A strong understanding of the Lagos real estate and interior design ecosystem is highly preferred.

  • Closing Power: A proven track record of securing high-value contracts and managing long-term client relationships.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, proposal writing, and presentation skills. You are a self-starter who thrives on meeting targets.
