Job Description:
- Just Inches Limited – a dynamic and fast-rising strategic communications company – is seeking to recruit a results-driven and visionary Business Development Executive to drive market expansion, strategic growth, and client acquisition.
- We are passionate about shaping perceptions, building brands, and driving meaningful engagement through creative storytelling, compelling designs, and cutting-edge public relations strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to grow the company’s client portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships across various sectors.
- Lead client acquisition efforts, including proposal writing, pitch presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners.
- Collaborate with the creative and communications team to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Track market trends and competitors to position the company for strategic advantage.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. A Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 4 – 6 years of proven experience in business development, communications, or public relations, preferably within an agency or media-related industry.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian business landscape and B2B2C marketing dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in making high-level presentations and pitches.
- Ability to work independently and proactively generate leads and close deals.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
