Job Description:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the agency’s client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead the planning, execution, and management of client campaigns across multiple channels.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, operations) to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports with actionable insights.
Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve revenue targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Represent the agency at networking events, pitches, and client meetings.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Requirements:
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing successful campaigns.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in business development, account management, or campaign management (preferably in marketing/advertising).
