Job Description:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the agency’s client base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Lead the planning, execution, and management of client campaigns across multiple channels.

• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, operations) to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports with actionable insights.

• Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve revenue targets.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

• Represent the agency at networking events, pitches, and client meetings.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing successful campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:
