Job Description:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ELV systems, Solar, MEP Solutions and conduct market research.
- Assist in maintenance activities and technical site visits as required.
- Understand client requirements and design cost-effective ELV/MEP and Solar solutions that align with project specifications.
- Meet sales target and support overall business development strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term and strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals and support project execution, including installation and commissioning, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Explore and develop business circles within the region to expand market reach.
- Maintain accurate records of client’s interactions and submit weekly reports.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of ELV, MEP and Solar Systems (CCTV, HVAC, Fire Alarm, Fire fighting, Access Control, BMS, Intrusion Alarm, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, PVSyst, and other design/sales tools is an added advantage.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development, market research, sales in technical role within Electrical Engineering.
