Job Description:

  • Business Developer is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships, and increasing revenue for an organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential clients, partners, and market opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable products or services.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business agreements.
  • Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with management to develop business growth strategies.
  • Create and implement business development plans.

Reporting and Performance Tracking:

  • Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance analyses.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is often preferred.
