Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the agricultural sector
- Build and maintain relationships with farmers, distributors, and partners
- Develop and implement sales and growth strategies

- Negotiate contracts and close business deals
- Promote agricultural products and services to clients

- Collaborate with operations and production teams

- Prepare proposals, pitches, and business plans
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments
- Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify funding, grants, or investment opportunities
- Support product development based on market needs
- Organize and attend industry events and exhibitions
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports
- Drive strategic alliances and collaborations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Contribute to overall business growth and expansion strategy.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a Ph.D Degree with 4-10 years experience.
