Job Description:
- To independently manage business analysis activities for defined projects or workstreams.
- Engage directly with business stakeholders, perform full lifecycle requirement analysis, support solution design, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and workshops with clients or internal teams
- Develop and maintain BRDs, FRSs, use cases, user stories, process models, and data maps
- Validate requirements with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Perform gap and impact analysis for change requests or enhancements
- Facilitate solution walkthroughs and sign-off meetings
- Ensure traceability of requirements from initiation through testing
- Contribute to UAT planning, coordination, and results validation
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as needed
- Support continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to existing business processes.
Key Performance Indicators
- 90% of BRDs/FRSs approved without major revisions
- ≤ 2 requirements reworked after development hand-off
- 95% Timeliness of documentation delivery
- 3% of UAT defect rate traced back to unclear requirements
- 4.2 out of 5 Stakeholder satisfaction from feedback surveys
- 95% Documentation completeness and adherence to standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
- Professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile-related) is preferred
- Demonstrated experience working on structured projects in FSI, Telecoms, or enterprise environments
- Minimum experience: 3-5 years of work experience.
