We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Branding Assistant to serve as the operational guardian of our physical brand identity across the Lagos region. In a city where visibility is the ultimate competitive currency, the Branding Assistant ensures that our presence is bold, professional, and structurally sound. This role is designed for a "Field Operations Specialist", a professional with 1–2 years of experience who can blend marketing logic with the logistical grit required to manage large-scale outdoor and indoor installations.

Your mission is to ensure "Zero-Defect Visibility." You will be responsible for the entire branding lifecycle: from coordinating the logistics of high-impact billboards and wall drapes to supervising the delicate setup of shop-in-shop displays and lightboxes. If you possess "Organizational Grit" and the professional stamina to navigate the Lagos terrain to ensure our brand shines, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

1. Installation Governance & Infrastructure

  • Outdoor & Indoor Stewardship: Manage the deployment and maintenance of high-visibility assets, including billboards, wall drapes, and shop heads, ensuring they are positioned for maximum consumer impact.

  • Technical Oversight: Supervise the specialized installation of logo boards and lightboxes, ensuring that electrical components and mounting structures meet both aesthetic and safety requirements.

  • Retail Environment Support: Oversee the setup of shop-in-shop displays, ensuring that the brand’s narrative is consistently translated within the retail space.

2. Logistics & Structural Maintenance

  • Regional Coordination: Lead the complex logistics of moving branding materials across Lagos, ensuring that assets arrive at site locations on time and in pristine condition.

  • Proactive Remediation: Facilitate timely repairs and refurbishments of existing branding structures to protect the brand’s image from weather-related wear or accidental damage.

  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure that every branding activity, especially high-altitude or electrical installations—complies strictly with company safety protocols and quality standards.

3. Brand Asset Stewardship

  • Approved Material Distribution: Act as the primary gatekeeper for brand-approved images and marketing materials, ensuring that only the most current and high-quality assets are utilized in the field.

  • Field Reporting: Document all installations with high-quality photography and status reports, providing management with a real-time view of the company’s regional visibility.

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all third-party branding work aligns with our strict brand identity guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:
