Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Brand / Social Media Strategist to anchor the identity engine of the organization. In a specialized digital landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the trend and the precision of the narrative success is defined by "Brand Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize long-term content strategies with the clinical precision required for SWOT Analysis, Platform Execution, and Partnership Management. This role is designed for a "Content Architect" with a B.Sc. in Marketing or Communications and 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Creative Grit" (creating innovative daily content) with the "Strategic Agility" required to monitor KPIs and align efforts with broader marketing goals.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Strategy Governance
Awareness Sovereignty: Design comprehensive social media strategies that anchor brand positioning, acting as the primary "Source of Marketing Targets."
Platform Architecture: Plan and execute high-quality content calendars across multi-channel ecosystems, providing the "Structural Foundation" for digital consistency.
Integrity Stewardship: Monitor KPIs and stay up-to-date with digital marketing best practices, ensuring the "Source of Strategic Alignment" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Market Logic
Insight Sovereignty: Conduct SWOT analysis and analyze audience behavior to identify high-fidelity opportunities, acting as the primary "Source of Competitive Edge."
Engagement Architecture: Create innovative daily content that solves business problems and drives user action, providing the "Functional Foundation" for brand growth.
Partnership Stewardship: Manage relationships with external clients and oversee partnership deals, maintaining the "Source of Collaborative Expansion."
3. Operational Integrity & Influence Power
Content Sovereignty: Deploy creative thinking to navigate evolving social media algorithms, acting as the primary "Source of Audience Retention."
Research Architecture: Utilize benchmarking data to refine campaign strategies, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven creativity.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–3 years of Digital Marketing expertise to accelerate content production cycles, maximizing the "Source of Platform Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: B.Sc. in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Experience: 2 – 3 years as a Digital Marketer or Social Media Strategist.
Technical Power: Strong understanding of current social media trends and algorithm dynamics.
Soft Skills: High-level creative thinking, problem-solving, and client relationship management.
