Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, visually-driven Brand Content Creator to lead our digital storytelling efforts in Lagos. In the fashion and retail space, the "vibe" is our currency. Your mission is to take our collections and turn them into irresistible, scroll-stopping content that converts followers into brand advocates.
You will act as our in-house creative director, serving as both the visionary behind the lens and a confident personality in front of it. From conceptualizing TikTok trends to directing high-fashion editorial shoots, you will be the heartbeat of our online presence. If you have a sharp eye for styling, a "Lagos-cool" aesthetic, and 1–2 years of experience in the fashion/lifestyle space, we want to see your portfolio.
Requirements:
1. Multi-Platform Visual Storytelling
Short-Form Video Mastery: Create high-impact Reels and TikToks focusing on transitions, styling hacks, and behind-the-scenes (BTS) storytelling.
Photography & Creative Direction: Capture high-quality product and lifestyle photography, managing everything from lighting to model direction.
Graphic Design: Utilize Canva or Adobe Suite to create on-brand templates, sale announcements, and aesthetic stories.
2. Content Strategy & Planning
Calendar Management: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar that aligns with product launches, seasonal trends, and brand milestones.
Trend Forecasting: Monitor global and local fashion trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and "early" to viral moments.
Brand Consistency: Maintain a unified visual aesthetic across all platforms, ensuring the color palette, tone of voice, and styling remain premium.
3. Community Engagement & Influencer Synergy
On-Camera Presence: Confidently host "Try-On Hauls," "Get Ready With Me" (GRWM) sessions, and Live shopping events.
Collaborative Directing: Direct staff or professional models during shoots to ensure the brand’s specific "look and feel" is captured accurately.
Performance Tracking: Analyze engagement metrics to understand what content resonates and adjust the strategy accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: OND, BA, BSc, or HND in Media, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in Content Creation or Social Media Management (Fashion/Retail/Lifestyle background is a major plus).
Technical IQ: Proficiency in CapCut, InShot, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
Portfolio: A mandatory portfolio or active social media handle showcasing high-level editing and visual aesthetic.
Core Competencies
Visual Aesthetic: A deep understanding of lighting, composition, and fashion styling.
Communication: Strong storytelling skills and a confident, professional on-camera persona.
