Job Description:

  • The Corporate Brand & Communication Officer is responsible for developing, executing, and managing ourbranding, corporate identity, and integrated communication strategies.
  • This role ensures consistent brand positioning across all platforms, strengthens public perception, and drives strategic communication initiatives that support the organization’s goals.
  • The ideal candidate is a creative strategist with strong communication, and digital branding expertise, particularly within the real estate sector.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive brand positioning, marketing strategies, and growth initiatives across all channels.
  • Safeguard the company’s reputation and manage public, media, and stakeholder relationships
  • Develop, implement, and maintain strong brand identity and guidelines
  • Lead creative marketing strategies and develop unique product themes.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, brand assets, and communication tools.
  • Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
  • Lead brand positioning efforts to increase visibility and market competitiveness.
  • Draft and manage internal and external communication materials, including memos, newsletters, press releases, speeches, and official statements.
  • Serve as the communication advisor to management and ensure key messages represent the company’s values and objectives.
  • Coordinate all corporate announcements, public statements, and updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry stakeholders.
  • Manage press conferences, media interviews, coverage requests, and crisis communication.
  • Monitor media trends and generate positive publicity for the company.
  • Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and online reputation.
  • Supervise the development of content calendars, digital campaigns, and multimedia materials.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content for engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Manage brand perception through proactive engagement, storytelling, and stakeholder communication.
  • Handle sensitive communication issues and ensure professional, timely responses.
  • Collaborate with the sales, project, and customer service teams to design impactful marketing messages and campaigns.
  • Support product launches, site inspections, open houses, and corporate events.
  • Guide creative direction for adverts, brochures, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct periodic brand audits, market research, and competitor analysis.
  • Recommend improvements based on market insights, customer behaviour, and industry trends.
  • Oversee the brand strategy and PR unit, creative/design unit and the digital media team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, or related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in corporate brand management, PR, or communications.
  • Experience in a media, branding, or creative agency environment is preferred.
