Job Description:

As our Brand Ambassador & Content Creator, you will:

• Represent the company across social media, online events, livestreams, and offline activations.
• Communicate brand values, mission, and product benefits with authenticity and clarity.
• Create high-quality videos, photos, tutorials, reviews, unboxings, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Maintain consistent posting across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
• Engage actively with the community—responding to comments, questions, and feedback.
• Follow trends, hashtags, and tech conversations to create timely and relevant content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and promotional ideas.
• Understand the company’s tech products deeply and demonstrate them confidently.
• Identify customer insights and provide feedback to improve product messaging.
• Track performance analytics, engagement data, and audience behaviour.
• Submit weekly content reports and recommendations for growth.

Requirements:

• Skilled in video editing, photography, and creative tools.
• Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging online audiences.
• Passion for technology, gadgets, and digital trends.
• Able to work independently, deliver content consistently, and meet deadlines.
• Basic marketing, social media analytics, or SEO knowledge.
• Experience with livestreaming or hosting digital events.
• Familiarity with tech devices, apps, platforms, or consumer electronics.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador, Content Creator, Influencer, or similar role.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
