Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Services Manager to lead our service operations in Benin. You will be the face of our branch, responsible for driving service excellence, managing customer relationships, and actively contributing to the branch's growth. If you are a finance professional with a passion for sales and a talent for leading teams toward aggressive targets, this is an ideal role for you.

Requirements:

• Service Excellence: Oversee daily branch service operations, ensuring a seamless, professional, and efficient experience for every customer.

• Relationship Management: Actively cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive customer loyalty and branch business.

• Target Achievement: Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment by identifying sales opportunities and motivating the team to meet branch-level objectives.

• Operational Leadership: Ensure that all branch services comply with internal policies, risk management frameworks, and financial standards.

• Interpersonal Communication: Serve as a key point of communication between the branch, corporate management, and our diverse client base in Benin.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: HND, B.A., or B.Sc. in Finance or a related discipline. A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or a financial institution is highly preferred.
